1. Milestone-Based Projects

Each project is segmented into milestones. Payments are tied to deliverables at each stage. Refunds are not applicable once a milestone is completed and approved.

2. Non-Refundable Work

All completed work, including design, development, consulting, or strategy, is non-refundable once delivered.

3. Design Approval

Once design mockups or prototypes are approved by the client and development begins, no refunds will be issued.

4. Mutual Termination

If a project is mutually terminated by both parties, the client retains all completed deliverables up to that point. However, any payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.

5. Mid-Milestone Cancellations

Partial refunds are not granted for work in progress or milestones that are in the middle of execution.

6. Promotional Offers

Services purchased under special offers, bundled pricing, or time-limited discounts are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

7. Digital Marketing & SEO

Due to the nature of SEO and digital marketing, these services are non-refundable. Clients may cancel ongoing campaigns with a 30-day written notice.

8. Abandoned Projects

If a project is inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days without notice, it will be deemed abandoned. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
